Natck native, Heather McNamara makes handcrafted manifestation candles at her workshop in Shrewsbury. Hedge & Heather candles are hand poured with 100% soy wax, cotton wicks, phthalate-free, paraben-free, cruelty-free fragrance oils, and a little bit of magick. Using a combination of crystals and flowers that correspond with your intention, we create candles that are unique and one of a kind. We love making custom orders!

What We’re Looking For
The Hive is home to a mix of full residents and co-tenants. Whether you take on a whole storefront (like Ten Trees Books) or a half/quarter share (like many of our previous seasonal residents), the key is that your business is big enough to truly fill and animate your space.
Ideal residents are:
- Retail-Ready
You have enough inventory, product variety, and brand presence to make your portion of the space feel full and welcoming.
- Available & Reliable
Shopkeeping is shared among all residents. You must be able to commit to at least one shift per week (or more, depending on your share size) to help keep the collective running smoothly.
- Community-Minded
The Hive thrives on collaboration. Residents support one another, share resources, and contribute to a positive experience for shoppers.
- Growth-Oriented
The Hive is designed as a launchpad. We’re looking for businesses with a vision for what comes next — whether that’s opening a storefront of your own, scaling online, or growing into new markets.
